Stampede (Deshi) Empty Stampede (Deshi)

Mon Jan 14, 2019 3:32 am
Crowds were difficult, or at least made life for Grey difficult. Whilst yes he wasn't supposed to sneak out on his own so it was his own fault that he was out here alone, being a small creature surrounded by the many legs of hurrying big creatures was a little daunting. The ruffled pup had to be extra careful not to get stepped on at any point, because relying on everyone around him to actually notice him and avoid him respectively was definitely asking for some kind of miracle.

Honestly at this point the escapee had been away from home for quite some time and gotten the needed exercise that he wanted from his trip. However in his travels, with so many people blocking his view at every twist and turn, he'd wandered off so far that he was kinda... Lost. The small grey mutt would suddenly let out a sharp high pitched yelp as some unobservant person trod directly on his tail, causing him to rush to the side of the street as quickly as he possibly could. Wrapping his own tail around himself, he'd stare at it and groom it lightly as he leaned against a wall and waiting for the crowds to hopefully die down...

Stampede (Deshi) Empty Re: Stampede (Deshi)

The fallen idol would spend a good chunk of his time in the coffee shop trying to clear out his brain before heading back out into the open....and apparently crowds. Not exactly pleased at this turn out, Haru would brace himself for the close proximity of others and the shoving that would probably be involved also. Stepping out into the crowds, he would begin to walk doing his best to not touch anyone as he went along. He expected his walk back home to be semi-stressful with all the folk around and also uneventful; however, he would find himself quite distracted as he saw what looked like to be a pup in the crowds.

Keeping an eye on the little fellow, he would wince when he saw it get stepped on and instead of just ignore the poor creature, he would carefully move his way out of the crowds and onto the side before looking to see where the pup had gone. When he saw the little creature had also moved out of the crowds, he would make his way over to the little creature watching as it nursed its tail that he assumed was what got stepped on. Feeling a bit bad for the little creature, he would kneel down next to it.

"Poor little fellow. Let me look at that tail of yours to make sure it isn't broken," he would say to the pup before cautiously reaching out towards it....

Stampede (Deshi) Empty Re: Stampede (Deshi)

Feeling as if he'd done all he could for the moment to lessen the pain in his tail, Grey would wrap the tail more tightly around himself to make sure it didn't happen again whilst he was sitting here somehow. The pup would stare one way up the street, trying to make heads or tails of where all these people were coming from and where they were going. It didn't make any sense to him why at some points hardly anyone was outside, then others there was a stampede of them.

Turning to look the other way down the street, the grey mutt would jump as he saw a person come towards him and reach out towards him. He'd try his best to scurry back a few steps whilst keeping against the wall, letting out a small concerned bark. The person had spoke to him, and their voice did sound soft and none threatening, but he was too on edge to not be cautious right now.
